Liege Port Authority has developed Liège Trilogiport, a 120-ha multimodal platform alongside the Albert Canal that links Liege with Antwerp and Rotterdam. The multimodal business park for European distribution centres (40 ha) is managed by D.L. Trilogiport Belgium (30 ha) and WDP (10 ha) and has around 200.000 m² of state-of-the art logistics warehouses.

Project # Petiva Private Limited (Nagarjuna Fertilizers)
A next generation food ingredients startup (subsidiary of a GBP £425 million group company) focused on developing and producing Ultra Low Calorie, Low GI Rare Sugars present in Honey, Flower Nectar and Sugarcane (using patented processes). Petiva is currently setting up a manufacturing facility for the sucrose syrup, after extensive discussions over the past year with Maeflower and AWEX. The proposed development is likely to be over 100 acres with an investment of around $ 150 million in the Seneffe industrial park, Wallonia.
